뉴스 시그널 레이더(News Signal Radar)는 사용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 Google Play의 Android 앱과 Apple App Store의 iOS 앱에 공통으로 적용됩니다.

1. 적용 범위

본 방침은 뉴스 시그널 레이더 앱의 시장 정보 조회, 관심 종목, 광고, 프리미엄 구독, 구매 복원, 앱 설정 및 고객 문의 과정에서 처리될 수 있는 정보에 적용됩니다.

앱은 별도의 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·전화번호·주소·주민등록번호·카드번호와 같은 정보를 앱 화면에서 직접 입력하도록 요구하지 않습니다.

2. 처리될 수 있는 정보

2.1 기기 내 설정 정보

• 선택한 언어
• 관심 종목 목록
• 투자 참고 안내 확인 상태
• 업데이트 안내 상태 및 앱 표시 설정
• 앱이 확인한 프리미엄 이용 상태

이 정보는 주로 기기 또는 앱 저장공간에 보관되며, 앱 삭제나 앱 데이터 삭제 시 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.

2.2 서버 및 진단 정보

• IP 주소, 요청 시각, 앱 버전, 운영체제 및 기기 환경
• 오류, 성능, 보안 및 네트워크 요청 기록
• 시장 데이터 조회에 필요한 요청 정보

Supabase 등 서버 서비스가 안정적인 데이터 제공, 오류 확인, 보안 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 위 정보를 제한적으로 처리할 수 있습니다.

2.3 광고 및 동의 정보

무료 기능에서 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 적용된 광고 서비스와 운영체제 설정에 따라 다음 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

• 광고 식별자 또는 이에 준하는 기기 식별 정보
• 기기·앱 정보, IP 주소, 대략적인 지역 정보
• 광고 노출·클릭·완료 및 진단 정보
• 광고 맞춤설정 및 개인정보 동의 선택

iOS에서는 필요한 경우 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 및 기기 개인정보 설정이 적용되며, Android에서는 Google의 광고·동의 설정이 적용될 수 있습니다. 사용자의 지역, 동의 및 기기 설정에 따라 비맞춤 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다.

2.4 구매 및 구독 정보

구매는 Android에서는 Google Play Billing, iOS에서는 Apple 인앱결제(StoreKit)를 통해 처리됩니다. 앱은 카드번호나 결제수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스 및 데이터 제공자

앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 서비스가 사용될 수 있습니다.

각 서비스 제공자는 자체 개인정보처리방침과 관련 법령에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 국제적 처리

Google, Apple, Supabase 및 데이터 제공자가 글로벌 인프라를 운영하므로 일부 정보가 대한민국 외 지역의 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 전송은 앱 사용 또는 해당 기능 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어지며, 보관기간과 보호조치는 각 제공자의 정책 및 적용 법령을 따릅니다.

6. 보관 및 삭제

• 기기 내 정보는 앱의 삭제 기능, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 시장 데이터는 개인 식별정보가 아닌 공개·외부 제공 데이터로 서버에 보관될 수 있습니다.
• 보안·결제·오류 관련 기록은 법적 의무, 분쟁 처리 및 서비스 보호에 필요한 기간 동안 각 플랫폼 또는 서비스 제공자가 보관할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 구독 관리 화면에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다.

7. 사용자의 선택과 권리

• 앱에서 관심 종목을 개별 삭제하거나 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 지역 및 동의 상태에 따라 앱 설정에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
• Android는 Google 계정과 Google Play 설정, iOS는 Apple 계정과 기기 개인정보 설정에서 관련 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.
• 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한 또는 문의는 아래 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 구매, 해지, 복원 및 환불

• 구독 가격과 결제 조건은 구매 직전 각 스토어 화면을 따릅니다.
• 자동 갱신 구독은 사용자가 해당 스토어 계정에서 해지하기 전까지 갱신될 수 있습니다.
• 앱의 구매 복원 기능은 동일한 Google 계정 또는 Apple 계정에서 활성 구매 상태를 다시 확인합니다.
• 환불, 청약철회, 중복 결제 및 결제 취소는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 절차와 적용 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

뉴스 시그널 레이더는 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 지역 법령에서 더 높은 연령 기준을 정한 경우 해당 기준이 적용됩니다.

10. 투자정보 및 책임 안내

앱이 제공하는 뉴스, 공시, 가격, 점수, 시그널 및 순위는 참고용 정보이며 개인의 재정상황이나 투자목적을 고려한 투자자문이 아닙니다. 앱은 특정 주식, 코인 또는 금융상품의 매수·매도·보유를 권유하거나 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 최종 투자 판단과 결과에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

11. 방침 변경

Privacy Policy

News Signal Radar respects your privacy. This policy applies to both the Android app distributed through Google Play and the iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information that may be processed when you use market data, watchlists, advertising, premium subscriptions, purchase restoration, app settings, updates, and support features in News Signal Radar.

The app does not require a separate account and does not ask you to enter your name, phone number, address, government identification number, or card number directly into the app.

2. Information That May Be Processed

• Watchlist items
• Investment-notice status
• Update deferral and display settings
• Premium access state checked by the app

This information is generally stored on your device or in app storage and may be removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app.

2.2 Server and diagnostic information

• IP address, request time, app version, operating system, and device environment
• Error, performance, security, and network request logs
• Request information needed to deliver market data

Server providers such as Supabase may process this information to deliver data, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and prevent abuse.

2.3 Advertising and consent information

Advertising may be shown in free features. Depending on the advertising service, operating system, region, consent, and device settings, the following information may be processed:

• Advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers
• Device and app information, IP address, and approximate region
• Ad impressions, clicks, completions, and diagnostic information
• Advertising personalization and privacy-consent choices

On iOS, Apple App Tracking Transparency and device privacy settings apply where required. On Android, Google advertising and consent settings may apply. Non-personalized ads may be served depending on your region, consent, and settings.

2.4 Purchase and subscription information

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) on iOS. The app does not directly collect or store your card number or payment method details.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Providers

• Supabase: market-data storage and delivery, API requests, security, and operational logs
• Google Play Billing: Android product information, payments, subscription status, and purchase restoration
• Apple StoreKit/App Store: iOS product information, payments, subscription status, and purchase restoration
• Google AdMob and consent services: advertising, measurement, consent, and privacy choices
• OpenDART: Korean regulatory filings
• CoinGecko: crypto price data
• Financial Modeling Prep or other providers: U.S. stock news and market data

Each provider may process information under its own privacy policy and applicable law.

5. International Processing

Google, Apple, Supabase, and market-data providers operate global infrastructure. Some information may therefore be processed on servers outside your country. Transfers occur over the network when you use the app or relevant feature, and retention and safeguards are governed by provider policies and applicable law.

6. Retention and Deletion

• You can delete on-device information through app controls, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app.
• Market information may remain on servers because it consists of public or externally supplied data rather than personal identifiers.
• Security, payment, and error records may be retained by platform or service providers as required for legal obligations, dispute handling, and service protection.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• You can remove individual watchlist items or clear the entire watchlist.
• Where available for your region and consent status, you can reopen advertising privacy choices in the app.
• Android users can manage relevant choices in their Google account and Google Play settings; iOS users can use their Apple account and device privacy settings.
• You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy assistance by email.

8. Purchases, Cancellation, Restoration, and Refunds

• Subscription prices and purchase terms are controlled by the store screen shown immediately before purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions may renew until canceled through the relevant store account.
• The app's restore function rechecks active purchases associated with the same Google or Apple account.
• Refunds, withdrawal rights, duplicate charges, and cancellations are handled under Google Play or Apple App Store procedures and applicable law.
• For support, provide only an order number or transaction identifier. Never send a card number, password, or government ID number.

9. Children's Privacy

News Signal Radar is not directed primarily to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A higher minimum age applies where required by local law.

10. Investment Information and Responsibility

News, filings, prices, scores, signals, and rankings are provided for informational reference only and are not personalized financial advice. The app does not recommend or guarantee the purchase, sale, or holding of any stock, crypto asset, or financial product. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and outcomes.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features, laws, store policies, or third-party services change. Material changes may be communicated through an in-app notice, an app update, or this page.
